By creating an account or using Press2Call, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Press2Call provides internet-based calling services to phone numbers worldwide. Call quality and availability depend on your internet connection and the destination network. We strive for high quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. One person may only have one account.
Payment and Refunds
You pay for calling credit in advance. Credit does not expire. Rates may change, but we will notify you of any changes. Refunds are available for unused credit upon account closure, minus a small processing fee.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Press2Call for:
- Any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
- Unsolicited bulk calling or telemarketing
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Harassment, threats, or abuse of others
Limitation of Liability
Press2Call is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request a refund of unused credit.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
